• Armaflex Class 1

Class 1 Armaflex is the flexible, closed cell, elastomeric, nitrile rubber insulation that offers reliable protection against condensation and effectively prevents energy losses.

A highly efficient method of insulating hot and cold water services, chilled water lines, heating systems, air conditioning ductworks and refrigerated pipe work for frost protection, energy conservation and condensation control. For practical fire behavior, Armaflex Class 1 : does not generate flaming droplets.

• Armaflex Class  O

Class O Armaflex is the flexible, closed cell, elastomeric, nitrile rubber  insulation that offers reliable protection against condensation and effectively prevents energy loss.

A highly efficient method of insulating hot and cold water services, chilled water lines, heating systems , air conditioning duct work and refrigerated pipe work for  frost protection, energy conservation and condensation control. Armaflex Class O sheet contains antimicrobial product protection (Microban) for even better indoor air quality. For practical fire behavior, Armaflex Class O : self-extinguishing, does not drip and does not spread flame.

• Armacheck Silver

Armacheck Silver is highly resistant to deformation from impact. The elastic behaviour of the material allows it to bounce back into it the original shape, rather than being permanently deformed like metal jacketing.

In the event of system maintenance, Armacheck Silver is quick and easy for removal and replacement. This requires far less skill than traditional metal cladding, and does not require special tools and equipment necessary for metal.

• Armaflex Duct

Armaflex Duct is manufactured from closed cell elastomeric foam to provide long term thermal efficiency. The structure of this foam limits the entry of water vapour to prevent changes in thermal conductivity. And this foil feature can enhance the aesthetic finish and surface durability.

• Armaphonics 

Armaphonics is a versatile acoustic absorber designed for use in a variety of different acoustic applications. A high performance sound absorber which offers additional barrier (transmission loss) performance and both vibration damping and de-coupling (isolation) properties.

Delivering optimal performance at lower thickness than traditional materials, Armaphonics is a uniquely advanced open-cell acoustic insulation material. With a peak absorption frequency determined by the insulation thickness and the material density, Armaphonics can be engineered to target specific problem frequencies.

• Armafix 

Armafix is recommended for used where thermal bridging may occur. This is particularly important for air conditioning and refrigeration where there is possibility of condensation taking place, between the pipe and its fixing. In heating installation of pipe support will generally improve energy conservation.

1. Armaflex 520 Adhesive

Armaflex 520 Adhesive is a yellow-coloured, low-viscosity adhesive for use with Armaflex insulation. It is specially formulated to create uniform and safe bonding of seams and butt joints, and for adhering Armaflex to cleaned metal surfaces.

2. Armaflex 820 Adhesive

Armaflex 820 Adhesive is a black-coloured, low-viscosity adhesive for use with Armaflex insulation. It is specially formulated to create uniform and safe bonding of seams and butt joints, and for adhering Armaflex to cleaned metal surfaces.

3. Armaflex Self Adhesive Tape

Self adhesive tape is available for Class 1 Armaflex, Class O Armaflex, and Armaflex MC to insulate difficult shapes and areas that are not easily accessible.

4. Armafinish WB Paint

Armafinish WB Paint is a water  based coating, using an advanced ter-polymer resin system. When properly applied, the coating is suitable for protection of Armaflex materials against sunlight, UV radiation and chemical attack. The coating when fully cured, maintains the flexibility, resistance to water vapor and fire performance of Armaflex material. Packing is 1 gallon per can.

5. Armaflex Knife Set

Armaflex knife set comes with three different length knifes, a sharpening stone and plastic tube for storage. It provides clean cutting of Armaflex tube and sheet for making high-quality joins.
